The truth is that we have difficulty understanding the conduct we experienced. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 in the morning, directly from our wedding, as a bride and groom. About fifteen minutes after breakfast time We went down to the dining room, but were told by the hostess that we would not be able to receive food, only drinks. Although we explained the situation and mentioned that we had just arrived from the wedding, no attempt was made to come to us. What made the incident particularly relevant was that while we were sitting there, we saw dishes continue to come out of the kitchen for other guests. It is difficult for us to accept a situation in which we paid the best of our money for hotel accommodation, we actually received a few hours of stay, and when we asked to enjoy the breakfast included in the accommodation – we were completely refused. Beyond disappointment, this is a feeling of disdain and a basic lack of service. Precisely on our first morning as a married couple, we expected a slightly more humane, considerate and respectful treatment. This was a very disappointing experience, and we expect to receive appropriate attention to the case and the way it was handled With all the beauty of the hotel it is worth nothing. Terrible service
Breakfast 10/10
A luxurious boutique hotel, wonderfully designed. We were in a suite with a sauna and jacuzzi, a large, beautiful room, perfect sauna and jacuzzi. The room is dark and there is a small window on the side...so there is no daylight in the room and there is a bit of a suffocating feeling because there is no balcony. But it has a refrigerator with soda and water and a great espresso machine. The toiletries are really luxurious in the shower. And I liked that the bathroom has a separate closed door. The roof of the hotel is quite crowded and the pool is tiny so we were in the exclusive complex which had a wonderful and satisfying pool, with a perfect sense of detachment. And there is no doubt that the combination with the Aberto restaurant raises the level of the experience at the hotel. The service was excellent and courteous.
We were supposed to arrive at the hotel tomorrow. Unfortunately my husband is sick and we will not be able to arrive. Even though we notified him at the last minute, the hotel gave us a full refund.
