Sapporo Rainbow Pride Executive Committee

The Sapporo Rainbow Pride Executive Committee is the volunteer group that organises Sapporo Rainbow Pride, an annual parade and festival held in September. The current committee formed in 2017, but Sapporo has a longer history than that: it hosted one of Japan's first Pride marches in 1996. It is an organiser, not a venue. Check sprrainbowpride.com for the date, route and volunteer calls, which are mostly published in Japanese.
