Cozy and clean nice ambient

Nice and very posh area of Beirut. Nice breakfast assortment. Too bad that bunk beds don’t have curtains and the bed light is too bright. Toilet and showers are clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Indoor seating in the lobby is comfy and nice for meeting other tenants. Prices are average. Parking is very limited. WiFi is bad in the rooms.

Average hostel, above average breakfast with a wide selection including fruits and vegetables

I stayed for 2 days. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The rooms are in the style of old Istanbul French architecture. It's very quiet, located on a side street, yet centrally located. It's on the steps of St. Nicholas, and the Sursock Museum is above the steps; you can park your car there, otherwise it's difficult. If you don't have a problem with climbing stairs, I definitely recommend it in Beirut.

Extremely lovely staff and great service with a very homy and cozy atmosphere in the lounge that felt like the nicest place in Beirut. Yet, the dorms are quite outdated and the showers are rather old and really lack hangers making it a very uncomfortable experience. We loved it though overall - deference a very adequate price! Nice place to meet fellow travelers.

After a long search, choosing Grand Meshmosh Hotel turned out to be a very wise decision, and for many reasons. First of all, the location is excellent and the price is very reasonable for the quality of accommodation. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed and at home. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to recommend places and answer any questions. The accommodation itself is lovely, and the beds are super comfortable. I also highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay — it’s super rich, full of flavor, and beautifully local. What really makes this place special for me is the vibe — something you simply can’t buy with money. The atmosphere is amazing, and the people there are unique, kind, and full of positive energy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
