All hotel staff was incredibly nice and warm. This hotel is the perfect place to stay after crossing the planet on the way to Himalayas. And back.

I’m writing to share my honest feedback about your restaurant. The food is very good, but the service is not good. Some staff behave rudely and treat customers differently. This makes the experience uncomfortable. I am Nepali, but I kindly request you not to treat tourists badly. Please improve your customer service so everyone feels respected. Thank you.

I have consistently enjoyed my stays at this hotel over the past five years. The staff are exceptionally courteous and professional, always ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued. The rooftop offers a beautiful view, while the rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and inviting. The menu is thoughtfully curated to cater to a wide range of preferences, ensuring that every guest finds suitable options. Whether my stay is for a week, fifteen days, or an entire month, the quality of service remains consistently high. A traditional looking,cozy, primly located hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous, attentive, and kind enough to arrange my airport drop. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Nepal.

Excellent hotel, and extremely courteous staff. I have an intuition that Nepali people are awesome, friendly and shows genuine hospitality. There is a cafe on the ground floor which serves freshly brewed coffee and other delicacies. The complementary morning breakfast was awesome as well. Not only here but even in India, I have met many Nepali people during the stay and all of them very helpful and warm.

Had a great stay here. It's a nice hotel with good large rooms and a great location in the middle of thamel. Staff was super helpful in every way and even let us keep our bag there for a few days while we travelled to other places. Perfect hotel!

I had very nice experience of staying in the hotel.Staff manager Jay and staff Sandesh thapa,Saroj Mandeep and supporting staff well behaved and polite.Lastly cleaning staff used to do their work with smiling face.

I go visit today TBH I sit up side rooftop area where I easyli saw mountain and I enjoy the nature And there are one staff he is verry humble and he gives best service for us ummmmm his name is pramod I think he is verry verry smart and verry humble I ummmm hope I willl visit again Thank you tbh team for the meamorible service …!❤️❤️❤️❤️
