Incredibly comfortable stay. Great views of the city & bay. Super kind staff. Very nice breakfast too... Super clean room. Comfy bed. Nice hot shower & water pressure. Great water coolers throughout hotel. ATM in lobby. Walking distance to huge mall, supermarket, bakeries, and eating establishments. WiFi was good. Shower drain was slow. Remote battery was low so we didn't use the television. Despite very minor issues, I'll stay here again. Thank you... 🙏🏽

Really like this place. Great for a long stay. They have everything you need from laundry to a small gym. Breakfast is great. However the room lack a refrigerator, it would be great if they have one in the room. Definitely will stay here again for my next trip to Manila.

No bottle water

Located in a rural area, it didn't feel very safe; the roads were busy and not clean. The air conditioner in the room was noisy and kept stopping and starting all night, preventing me from sleeping well. There was no refrigerator in the room, only empty bottles, and I had to go get water from a dispenser near the elevator. Overall, the room was clean.

+ The hotel is in a large building, clean and fairly new. + Friendly staff, and there are luggage handlers. + We were given rooms on the 21st floor, but the elevators are fast. + Comfortable bed. + Room large enough to accommodate two large suitcases. - There's nothing interesting in the area, the restaurants are poor, and the two attractions (Binando and Intramuros) aren't worth the time. - The Wi-Fi in the room has a strong signal, but the quality is very average. - The entrance door to the room is heavy and slams loudly, for absolutely no reason, as you can hear everything through it, and we were woken up several times in the morning. - Charging ports are only on one side of the bed. - No refrigerator. - There was a strange smell when we first entered the room; I think the cleaning ladies use poor cleaning chemicals. - The air conditioner can be loud even on the lowest setting.

I was able to leave my luggage at the front desk for free before checking in. The staff were very kind!

Great hotel. Good location for Malate (although not a great area to stay in). Nice staff. Very small gym but does the job. No fridge in the room. Had a bit of a drain smell in the bathroom at times. And the AC did make the room humidity go up. But I could open the window during the day which was great. Breakfast is very limited in choice. Overall a great stay with very minor drawbacks. It's a 4.5/5

Very nice, cosy and clean place to stay. Stayed there for 5 days.. Buffet Breakfast was there but with very limited items. (Being a vegetarian had to consume only bread and Juice). Robinson Mall, Marina Bay, various pubs and cafe are walking distance only. Staff and house help are polite and supportive. Mini Fridge was not in the room which was the only turndown.
