got a bad experience today with this hotel. i bring my 2 kids 4 yrs old and 15 yrs old to stay for 12 hrs as we came from batangas. they insist to pay 2 rooms since i have 2 extra people which is my kids but I only use 1 room. if its paying additional person, that is okay but insisting to pay 1 additional room that i never use is unreasonable!!! dont go here!. i will never go here again! i returned their discount card as i will never go with this hotel again. i dont recommend this hotel. if you do, you are at your own risk and make sure to have extra money if they insist to pay 1 additional room that you never use.
Very kind room boys the tissue's and soap small portion they could just put liquid soap hair and body wash and tissue rolls... Your customers needs
The male guards there will have bad habits.
The breakfast i ordered is superb 👌 .
