Very professional and clean.
I had an ok time over here. This place is a little bit crammed. The dry sauna is good with heat-producing hot stones, but the steam room is too dark. I think for me at least I need to know who I interact with in order to have a fun time! I also found a couple of cockroaches crawling on the wall. And there's literally no parking!
bad experience all throughout, poor reservation process, front desk couldnt communicate properly and blamed us for not knowing their reservation process (dapat sa text palang matuto sila mag educate like other establishments), lockers werent automatically equipped w footwear and towels, the layout of the space was confusing and not even that clean with a faint unpleasant smell. massage was boring, one i could get at a typical neighbourhood massage place for half the price. the price justified for the interior design, but i went there to relax and unwind but got even more stressed, this is not how you treat first time guests. So for me i wont go for seconds.
