Pros: - great location, very near and accessible - the rooms are spacious and looks good - the garage is spacious and can park a couple of cars and a couple of motorcycle - its a good idea to have a table tennis - netflix is available, their net can load the shows properly and not much buffering - complete cooking materials and LPG may bayad nga lang P200. bring your own dishwashing to also use their utensils but its not enough for more than 8 guests -we came in 1:45 but only stayed in the lobby area as advised by the caretaker para di kame sa labas maghintay. we did not use the rooms in the 1st floor until 3pm we also didn't use the refrigerator na lang para di macharge ng early checkin cons: -past 3pm the caretaker is still cleaning, we think its because the guests before us checked out late -there are still cups and some debris in the pool and it was only cleaned a bit after 4pm -the ref is only available in the 1st floor and there's no ref in the 2nd floor unlike in the pictures. - the grill and the cooking materials like the rice cooker and pan are still dirty so we were the ones who cleaned it. we didnt clean the coffee maker anymore - there was no water heater available because the caretaker borrowed it and didn't return because he was not feeling well so we used their saucepan instead to heat water - we asked to extend the use of pool because we used it late but still we stopped using it at 9pm so that it can be cleaned and we can use it in the morning but the pool wasn't cleaned anymore - the room with 3 beds only have 2 blankets and 5 pillows instead of 3 blankets for the 3 beds and 6 pillows - the room with 2 beds in the 1st floor only have 1 blanket instead of. 2 blankets for 2 beds - the dartboard doesnt have darts - there are only 2 lifevests provided. 5 lifevests would've been acceptable - the lights in the poolside was not opened for us, we figured out how to turn it on ourselves - 3 not sealed drinking water was provided instead of the 5 gallons because the water station in the area was closed - too expensive for a 1 night stay with 14 people given this experience, i dont think i will go back here

The place is clean, interior is well maintained and spacious. We had a good time! Till next booking 😍
