No — same-sex marriage is not currently recognised in سنغافورة. Section 377A (colonial ban on sex between men) was repealed, effective 3 January 2023. A simultaneous constitutional amendment shields the marriage definition (one man + one woman) from challenge, so there is no same-sex marriage, civil union or partnership. There is no SOGI anti-discrimination law (the 2025 Workplace Fairness Act excludes it); joint adoption is limited to married opposite-sex couples. Trans people may change their legal gender after surgery. Age of consent is 16 and equal.
