The bed wasn't as firm anymore, and the sheets didn't rustle. The dental floss in the restaurant still broke easily, and the pillows were still hard and high. I regretted booking two nights; the high pillows caused severe insomnia. I strongly suggest providing three types of pillows so customers can choose their favorite. Soundproofing is a test of the neighbors' manners. The children's playroom on the 9th floor was great; the kids didn't want to go home, and the staff were very attentive.

The accommodation wasn't cheap. I checked in on Friday, but they said Friday was a holiday, so the games room cost extra. There were no indoor slippers, and no non-slip slippers in the bathroom. Slippers cost extra. The breakfast was plentiful.

The soundproofing is terrible! The room partitions are made of lightweight materials, so you can hear even slightly loud noises, which is fine! But all night long, around 11 pm, I kept hearing a thumping noise from above. I don't know if it's because the ceiling is poorly soundproofed or because of too much water hammer. Shouldn't the hotel take this seriously? I noticed that your other replies to the noise comments are all rather vague and lack any concrete action.

1. The shower setup is strange. There are no shelves in the bathroom at all. There are two hooks opposite the showerhead (on the shower door), which can only hold two pieces of clothing (and they easily get wet). Towels and clothes can only be left outside. Whoever takes a shower can walk around naked in and out of the bathroom. 2. The brunch is really good. There is a wide variety of food, and they are all quite fresh. There is also a children's area, so parents can eat in peace.

The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear doors closing outside, neighbors talking, and even ambulances and fire trucks outside! The blankets and other bedding may cause allergies. Not recommended for those with sensitive to noise and environment! The breakfast selection is quite extensive, but whether it's good or not is subjective; I generally didn't like it 😂 The crab was really bad, but they did have smoked salmon! The soy milk is highly recommended—it's so delicious! They also have Starbucks coffee available. The only advantage is that it's really worth it if you have kids. There's a small play area next to breakfast, and a play area for kids on the ninth floor is also a great option! If you're only considering breakfast and letting your kids play, you might consider it, but don't even think about the accommodation. It's incredibly noisy, and I can't imagine how much noisier it would be on weekends 😂 Plus, allergies make it hard to sleep! Even my child suddenly had a severe allergic reaction and couldn't sleep! To make matters worse, the hairdryer's airflow was ridiculously weak. I really don't recommend this accommodation.

The counter staff were very friendly, and the staff in the play area diligently cleaned and disinfected the toys, which gave me peace of mind. Highly commendable! 👍

The buffet was pretty good.

The hotel was very clean, from the lobby to the rooms. The play facilities on the 9th floor were excellent; kids could play there for a long time. The breakfast was outstanding, better than many restaurants. The hotel's location was also great, convenient for going to some bustling areas. The downsides were: the soundproofing in the rooms was poor; you could hear people running and jumping on the 9th floor from the 8th floor. The parking lot entrance was tiny, making it a bit inconvenient to get in and out; the parking lot looked like a ruin.
