There's a children's playroom across from Yuntian Corridor, which is family-friendly, but... Help! It's incredibly noisy 😂 Especially when the kids across the way are crying, it's unbearable for Yuntian Corridor to hear.

Gorgeous hotel in a great spot for a trip to Taipei. Location is fantastic - everythung you might need is within walking distance... Street food, great restaurants, massage, shopping, convenience stores, public transit... A within a few minutes walk. Stayed here for 12 nights and would stay again. Super, super clean. One of the most complete hotel gyms I've ever seen - so much so that I was able to forgo a local gym membership. Service at the hotel is impeccable. Can't say enough how impressive the service was. An issue with my original room was quickly addressed and resolved with an upgraded room. The rooms themselves are huge and quite comfortable with spacious bathrooms. The only negative I could find with the rooms were a lack of drawer space. For a longer stay I prefer to unpack my suitcase but there weren't really any serviceable drawers with which to do so. Overall a wonderful experience at a historic but still very relevant hotel!

First coming to this hotel, we were welcomed a by classic lobby and warm lightings. The hotel was an old, vintage styled building with many restaurants to choose from. The first small problem I saw was that most of the lights were connected to the same switch. For example, if someone’s was in the living room and wanted the lights on, and someone in the bedroom wanted the lights off, you didn’t have much control over them. I would suggest adding lights switches for more individual lights. The second small problem was that there were no amenities when we checked the bathroom. I understand that the hotel company wants to serve as an eco friendly hotel, but some people usually don’t have the time or resources to bring their own. I would suggest the hotel to provide amenities at the hotel lobby or on any floor/designated room. One main facility I went to is the rooftop swimming pool. It was large and around 1-1.6m deep depending on where you are at in the swimming pool (be careful if you have small children and want to bring them here.) There were designated playing and swimming zones, which was great when just having fun the play zone or wanted to constantly move and swim. One of the best hotel swimming pools in my opinion. The location was also great, a 6 to 8 minute walk to the MRT Zhongshan Station. There were many shops and a convenience store (7/11) right outside the building. We constantly were going to other places, this was a decent location. The service was next level. There were already designated staff for taxis, information, and even a door opener to help you open the large doors when you came in! Plenty of service staff were waiting and will help you if you need it. Overall, only the rooms really needed some changes, but everything else was great.

Buffet was p good

A great place for seminars, dinners, and various banquets; the environment is upscale and comfortable, and the food is delicious.

Had buffet lunch there. Excellent food, delicious items, great service, many different selection of seafood and prime ribs (roasted beef), shouldn’t miss this place for lunch or dinner

As expected of a five-star hotel! The service and hospitality were superb! Next time, I want to try the breakfast, which is said to be the best in Taipei hotels!
