Every floor reeks of smoke; even the clothes in the wardrobe smell of smoke. It's even worse on holidays. They're using everyone's lungs as air purifiers. Is the oven carpet made of heat-resistant material? High temperatures produce volatile toxic gases.

There's a foul odor as soon as you step into the shower area on the second floor, and the air freshener also smells awful. I hope this can be improved.

The sauna in Ximending is fairly conveniently located. The most important part, the shower area, looks dilapidated, almost like a ruin. My friend even cut himself barefoot on the broken tile floor; I recommend wearing slippers for safety! The clientele is mainly elderly men, making it a sauna suitable for those interested in exploring historical sites.

Despite the price increase to 400, the most important shower area remained in a state of disrepair with poor drainage. The second-floor toilet had only two toilet seats and a urinal. A group of so-called shareholders sat at the entrance, openly criticizing and judging the guests. Given the same price, I suggest going to Hans or IO, which offer better facilities, are cleaner, and safer.

I checked out the place last night and it had a really retro vibe, or rather, old-fashioned! The only slightly new thing was the karaoke equipment in the basement. The bathroom was very dark because it was old! I think I was the youngest person there last night; the others were mostly mature men. I felt the $400 price tag was a bit high. Although it's open 24 hours, there was actually a pungent smell inside. I guess I stayed there for so long because I was already used to the strange smell!

After all these years, there aren't enough sofa beds, and even fewer places to sit or lie down. I hope you can find a way to increase the number of resting areas. If you plan to renovate again someday, I suggest you remove the wooden partitions and replace them with open-plan reclining lounge areas with curtains. This will take up much more space than the existing rooms, and the more open layout will attract more guests.

70% of the clientele here are men over 60, with a smaller number of younger customers. It has a cozy, intimate feel, like a gathering of mature men singing karaoke. The environment is a bit damp and old-fashioned because it's an enclosed space, but the prices are reasonable. It would be a good choice for a short break.
