Tv, phone, bathtub nothing worked. Took 4 hours to fix. Never again! Book to get angry! 2000 baht for. A suite of nothing works and horrible service. Also you need to walk outside to pool, I didn't go. Boss nana suite nearby, nana tai suites are both better value 😂 taxis won't take you here after 9pm too. Be ready! 千万别住这里！

Generally clean. A bit noisy rooms. Rich and good breakfast

At this price point, there are better options available.

My room waa large snd comfortable. Its a bit of a walk from the bts and you run the gauntlet of the ladies of the ladies of the night. BUT the window above my bed would be very dangerous if you have children. Please see my video.

I must highlight the staff's attention, which was excellent from start to finish. The room was very spacious and comfortable, but the air conditioning was very loud and the refrigerator had an unpleasant smell. I didn't like the location. I'm mentioning this in case it's helpful to others like me; I honestly had no idea it was so close to one of Bangkok's most notorious sex tourism districts. It's separate from the hotel, but I think the surrounding area is important, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt uncomfortable crossing the street to get to the avenue or going to the 7-Eleven, for example. I don't recommend it.

Worst location, worst service, worst room ever. The food doesn’t have a lot to offer, also the taste is bad. The swimming pool look so old and small. No balcony. The gym is worst the equipment is old and a lot broke down. Never come back again.

I recommend this hotel. I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely return.

The only drawback is that it is a little far from Nanapura (9 minutes). Also, early check-in was not possible.

Very large and comfortable rooms. The pool was on the ground floor, covered, and very small, with no sun. It's practically not inviting. The gym is also very small; it's not what it looked like in the photos. The location requires taking Uber to get around; it's a bit far from the main tourist areas. However, the price-quality ratio is very good!
