Excellent service, specially Tanya and Nat at the spa

I recently stayed at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G and honestly it was an amazing experience. The hotel has a really modern and stylish vibe and everything just feels well maintained and premium. What stood out the most for me was the staff. Everyone was super friendly polite and always ready to help which made the stay even more comfortable. You don’t feel like a guest you actually feel welcomed. The view from the hotel is another highlight. Whether it’s day or night the city view of Bangkok looks absolutely beautiful and adds a special touch to the whole experience. Overall I had a great time here and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

I have visited Pullman Bangkok Hotel G several times, and every visit has left me with a feeling of comfort, warmth, and great memories. Whether I stayed as the booking guest or visited with others, I have always experienced friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. This visit was to celebrate my birthday and enjoy a relaxing break, and the hotel team made it even more special with their thoughtful care and attention. As an ALL Accor Platinum member, I truly appreciated the kindness and personalized service throughout my stay. The room upgrade was one of the most memorable parts of my visit. Although I had booked a standard room, the hotel kindly upgraded me to an Executive Suite, which was beyond my expectations. The beautiful birthday room decoration and the small cake prepared by the team showed such thoughtful hospitality and made the celebration even more meaningful. The dining experiences were also excellent. I enjoyed breakfast at TIVA as well as breakfast at the Executive Lounge, and both were wonderful experiences. The afternoon tea and happy hour at the lounge were also great moments to relax and enjoy the hotel’s atmosphere. Above all, what makes Pullman Bangkok Hotel G truly special is the people. Every staff member I met was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their warm hospitality made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G for another memorable experience. It is a hotel that continues to provide comfort and wonderful memories every time I visit, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to the BTS and surrounding tourist attractions. The hotel has a luxurious feel; I could sense the high quality of the hotel from the moment I entered the lobby. All the reception staff were incredibly kind and always smiling. Although check-in was from 3 PM, when I went to the hotel around 9 AM to leave my luggage, the staff kindly accommodated me and allowed me to check in early around 10:30 AM without any extra charge. Furthermore, I was upgraded to a room, which I was very happy about. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view from the upper floor was also excellent, allowing me to enjoy a typical Bangkok landscape. Breakfast is a buffet from 6 AM to 10 AM. There was a wide variety of food, from Thai cuisine to Western dishes. Every dish was delicious, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing morning. Also, they held my luggage free of charge after check-out, allowing me to sightsee unencumbered on my departure day. This service was extremely helpful. The staff were consistently polite and attentive, making both the front desk and restaurant a pleasant experience. While the room rates alone aren't exactly budget-friendly, considering the location, facilities, service, and breakfast, I think it's well worth the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a slightly luxurious stay in Bangkok. I personally had a very satisfying stay and would definitely like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

This hotel has more than meets the eye. Restaurants, big gym and nice pool area. Close to everything Bangkok. Our room was slightly older but clean and functional.
