Located a bit outside the town, but beautifully situated by the river. Very good breakfast at the restaurant right next door. Unfortunately, despite the nice weather, the furniture on the rooftop terrace was covered and the cushions weren't on the loungers.

Edit: See their cut and paste response as a reflection on their total lack of effort. I booked the NYE rooftop party for 2026 and the experience was nothing short of a massive letdown. For starters, The drink selection for cocktails were pitiful with just three pre determined choices. Second, there were empty sofa seats available but we were ushered to the bar seats. When asked if we could switch to those empty seats, we were told there were reservations. However, these seats were then given to walk in customers. I know this because that although there was a card on the table for 2 pax for someone called Lucy, 5 chinese customers sat in those seats at 11.43pm, which meant that these seats were empty for a few hours. Lastly, although there was limited seats, each cocktail order took at least 15minutes to arrive, and one of which has not even been shaken. Would not recommend anyone to prebook anything in advance with them since they clearly don’t prioritise customers that have reserved and already paid for services.

Everything was perfect during my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. I especially loved the great location and the beautiful view of the river. I had a wonderful time here! I look forward to visiting again soon!

I had an incredible experience here. A delight from start to finish. Excellent location walkable to nearby restaurants, bars, markets. Clean rooms, great staff. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent. All the reception staff were lovely and friendly. The accommodation was comfortable and felt just like home… It was a fantastic holiday… The restaurant and accommodation were clean, pleasant, and conveniently located. It's a great place to relax… Everyone was very welcoming with a smile… I was impressed by the service and the smiles… and especially by the hotel owner's friendly and hospitable nature.

A cozy small riverside hotel by the Ping River, near Wat Ket Karam. The room was excellent, especially the bed — incredibly comfortable. Tea and coffee are provided in the room. Breakfast was a highlight. You can choose to have it served in-room or in the restaurant, with pre-selected menus that were delicious and well-prepared. The rooftop atmosphere was lovely, perfect for enjoying a cocktail, and the traditional Thai snack set was tasty. I also tried the massage — very relaxing with skilled therapists. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service. I would happily return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Note: The last line is a separate review of a hotel.) Enjoy a relaxing cocktail while ordering a set of delicious Thai snacks. The hotel has a massage room, and I tried the service. The masseuse was very skilled and so relaxing I fell asleep. Overall, I was very impressed with the service, including the atmosphere, the room, the food, and the attentiveness of the staff. I would definitely like to return to this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed overnight on January 5th, 2026. The accommodation was excellent. The atmosphere was great, warm, and clean. All the staff provided exceptional service, were very attentive to customers, and spoke extremely politely. They provided good information to customers. Excellent! I will definitely come back again. I really liked it.

In the rooms facing the street it’s very noisy, it feels like you haven’t closed the window. There are strange design choices, with just one glass door between the shower and the toilet, so you always have to choose which door to close. The hotel staff are very friendly, and they go a long way toward smoothing out the overall impression of discomfort.
