Honestly, it is easily one of the best places I have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member went above and beyond, but I have to give an extra special mention to Sophia and Chloe. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our trip so incredibly memorable. They truly made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. The highlights of our experience included: The Food: Breakfast every morning was exceptional, offering an amazing variety of fresh, delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day. The Rooms: Impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and deeply comfortable. It felt like a luxurious sanctuary to return to each day. The Location: Tucked away in a wonderful, quiet location, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle while still being perfectly positioned to explore everything Hoi An has to offer. If you are looking for top-tier service, gorgeous accommodations, and a tranquil atmosphere, look no further. We cannot recommend the Little Gem highly enough and can't wait to return.

Lovely hotel. The staff is the real highlight. Chloe and Giselle both helped me immensely from tailoring to local spots. They made my stay memorable and I’d definitely come back just for them. The rooms are fitted out nicely. Great amenities. Block out blinds and quiet rooms. Located a bit further but you avoid the business of the main hub. Great value and exceptional customer service.

Following last year, we stayed at this hotel again this May for about two weeks. We travel for nearly half the year, but our style is more of a staycation than a typical sightseeing trip, so choosing a hotel is an important factor for us. The hotel's location, surrounding environment, etc. Cleanliness of the room, view, furniture arrangement, size, balcony, storage, etc. The atmosphere and quality of the breakfast, etc. The staff's service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Experience at Little Gem Hoi An Boutique Hotel & Spa My family had a very satisfying stay at Little Gem Hoi An. The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautiful, the interiors were sophisticated, and the amenities were complete. The location was convenient, just a few minutes from Hoi An Old Town, yet it maintained a quiet atmosphere for relaxation. A big plus was the very friendly, enthusiastic staff who always assisted guests with a professional attitude. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes, and the lush green grounds created a relaxing feeling from the moment you entered. In particular, the hotel has convenient parking and even provides water and tools for guests to wash their own cars right in the parking lot. This is a small detail but shows thoughtfulness and care for guests traveling by car, something rarely seen in many other hotels. I will definitely return when I have the chance to visit Hoi An again and I'm happy to recommend Little Gem Hoi An to my friends and family. A truly 5-star experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
