DOT is a queer pub in Blloku, Tirana's main bar and restaurant district, and it describes itself as Albania's first queer pub. It is a small, relaxed space for the LGBTQ+ community and friends, with cocktails, music and regular events, and prices are low. It opens at 6pm from Tuesday to Sunday and is closed on Mondays. Albania has anti-discrimination laws but public attitudes are still conservative, so DOT is one of the few places in the country where queer people can gather openly.
