The booking process was flawless. We highly recommend the apartment. The owner was always available and helpful with any questions about the location. The apartment has everything you need. It's very centrally located, so you can easily walk everywhere. Restaurants, supermarkets, etc., are all nearby.
Ray was my super hero. He was right spot on, he met us by the place and was waiting for us. He also helped me parking the car and the check in process was so smooth and efficient. The place is in perfect location with private closed gated parking that right in the building. There is a supermarket right across from the apartment. Two nice updated rooms with comfy beds and clean updated showers. Definitely recommend it if you want to be right in the middle of Downtown and walking distance to every thing. Thank you Ray, I really appreciate your hostility and your superb customer service, perfect for families with kids. Loved my stay.
Beautiful apartment, spacious, neat, and well-maintained. A 5-minute walk from the center; everything is within walking distance. Good communication with the host!
The location is excellent. The room was clean and the furnishings were new. The owner was attentive and helpful. All the tourist attractions and cafes are within walking distance.

Absolutely loved my stay at Heart of Tirana Apartments! The location is perfect, right in the center of Tirana, close to everything you need, yet still quiet and comfortable. The apartment was spotless, modern, beautifully designed, and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional.
Nice, well-situated, clean apartment. Looked exactly like the pictures. Was a bit hard to find, since the outside of the building looked a bit unassuming (some reconstruction going on) - look for P25 sign, enter on the left and go to the first floor. Can get a bit noisy (dogs barking, washing mashine in the entrance).
