ساونا 't Herenhuis

Eastern Europe sauna's are better designed. Narrow stairs, not clear instructions where is what, but most importantly bad vibe. I have been at easter Europe gay saunas and even if you weren't attractive you could drink and talk with random people at bar - here you cannot. If you are out of league, you are out of league and can just walk back home. As a gay place it's doing it's job kinda, but if you are looking for fun or something better bring someone with you. So the whole sense of this place disappears. Also bar is serving meals and food for some reason, but not alcohol drinks - you can get beer, but if you wanna drink sex on the beach or anything else like this you have to pay for each ingridient separetly and mix it yourself. Good cash grab, not much fun.

Very nice sauna.

Our first experience at the gay sauna 't Herenhuis was disappointing. Only 99 people are allowed inside. We were already in line at 3 p.m. Once inside, you quickly notice how outdated it is. The entrances are simply worn out. The spa is located in the basement, which gives a confined feeling. All the facilities are crammed together. The steam room is used as a sex room, so hygiene is lacking. The bar is cozy and lounge-style, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the restrooms and showers are clean. When we went, there were many people over 65. We won't be returning.

I was absolutely and pleasantly surprised by this sauna: a beautiful old building, excellent sauna facilities with a steam room, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. On a Saturday afternoon, there was a pleasant mix of younger and older men, all very friendly. The best thing, however, was the masseur: I've never experienced such a good and effective massage in a sauna before. The man is fantastic and also very personable. I'll be back!

It varies greatly, depending on the day, but it's the only sauna in Antwerp, but there's nothing fancy about it, and it's not about the decor, but about the people who visit such places.

Without a doubt, an impressive, truly authentic Heerenhuis. The owner and staff are very friendly and hospitable. There is a large, beautiful bar where you can also enjoy various dishes. Prices are very reasonable. The entire wellness area is on the ground floor. It is always very clean and hygienic. There is a nice small swimming pool, a spacious jacuzzi, a good Finnish sauna, and a super pleasant, spacious steam bath with various rooms. Cold and hot showers are available. On the ground floor, next to the TV lounge, there is also a very large play area, something for everyone. The changing rooms are located on the first floor. The lockers are not really up to date anymore, but oh well, that is just a detail. On the top floor is a spacious cinema with sofas for enthusiasts, a separate sling room, and numerous private cabins. After a very successful renovation, the Heerenhuis can undoubtedly count itself among the better gay saunas in Europe. And well, of course, it isn't always handsome young men who come here; it is a mixed crowd, sometimes with more older gentlemen, but that shouldn't spoil the fun. We have been regular customers for years, and I can certainly recommend a visit to this beautiful sauna. In short: A very good, pleasant gay sauna 👍👍👍👍👍

Can you also come as a Bischierig person?

Visited at the end of August. It was fun for a one-time visit, although several facilities are definitely due for renovation. The hot tub, for example. The rim looked chipped (it was supposed to look that way, but this resulted in fairly sharp corners, which doesn't make getting in easy or comfortable). Additionally, the steam cabin is spacious, but a bit more light would be nice. The large room behind the bar could also use some TLC. 3 beds and a few chairs give it a rather empty impression. The top floor looked very neat, and you could clearly see that the last renovation was focused on this area. Indeed, a somewhat older crowd, and a few more condom dispensing spots (just downstairs in the bar is quite meager with so many floors) wouldn't hurt. Fun for a one-time visit, that's for sure, and perhaps it was because it was the daytime (Thursday) that it felt quite quiet to me. Who knows, maybe I'll come back on a weekend sometime.

test a nice gay sauna but I think it shouldn't be allowed that very old men are allowed there sometimes they have to go with a stick and it's not okay for some young men because they are often not left alone but you are the boss but it's a shame that you allow that and your beautiful sauna
