Tiny, cozy, hidden gem. Highly recommended

1. Unauthorized Entry and Privacy Breach A female staff member entered my room while I was still inside. My reservation did not include daily housekeeping service, so I had no expectation that staff would enter the room during my stay. Additionally, the staff member appeared to be looking through the items placed on the table in my room. During this time, she dropped my lip gloss onto the floor, which further reinforced my impression that my personal belongings were being handled without permission. At the time, I was in bed with the covers over my head, and it seemed she did not realize I was there. Although she eventually said, “Sorry, sorry,” I had just woken up and was too shocked to respond immediately. This incident constituted a serious breach of privacy and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unsafe for the remainder of my stay. 2. Hygiene Issue During my stay, I encountered a cockroach in the bathroom. This was extremely distressing and caused me considerable anxiety regarding the cleanliness of the room. 3. No communication I emailed the hotel about these issues, but I did not receive any reply or apology from them. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

We had a lovely stay at Edem Traditional House. The location is perfect—everything is just steps away. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby, and the beach is only a short walk away. Such a beautiful and convenient place to stay!

I had a very bad experience. I had already selected the refund option in advance, but now they are telling me that it depends on the manager’s decision whether they will return my money or not! This is completely unreasonable and unprofessional. I feel like this is a form of taking advantage of customers. They do not have a clear or transparent process and their customer service is very poor. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel at all they are scammers..😡😡😡
