Unfriendly service. I wanted to show a friend where I was staying. He couldn't even come into my room... Thanks, next time I'll choose another, more hospitable place.

Terrible! Paid €150 for one night (higher than the €120 online rate). First room had no electricity and we had to move. WiFi didn’t work initially, and the TV couldn’t connect to WiFi at all (no Netflix/YouTube as expected). When we addressed the issues, no one cared and no compensation was offered despite these issues. Would not consider this good value for money. At a basic level, a hotel room should reliably provide electricity, working WiFi & TV. And the adverts shown should be true. If this isn’t the case and you don’t receive the basics and what is shown, then I believe it is unfair and wrong to pay full price. It’s quite astounding that absolutely nothing was done about this. You would expect some sort of apology and compensation. We had neither. We will not stay again.

Hello, Unfortunately, we have to inform you that due to a loud party in the neighboring complex it is impossible to sleep at night. The music and noise continue for a long time and make it difficult to rest properly. We chose your hotel for a quiet and comfortable stay, however under the current conditions this is not possible.

Staff was cerg friendly, rooms were clean and had everything you needed. We brought our two dogs and the hotel kindly provided us with bowls and two dog beds. Hotel had secure parking and all the facilities you need! Thank you for your lovely service.
