ČSAP Checkpoint Ostrava (free HIV testing)

The Czech AIDS Help Society (ČSAP) runs a free and anonymous Checkpoint testing service for HIV, syphilis and hepatitis at Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava, in the infectious-diseases clinic on the ground floor, at 17. listopadu 1790 in Poruba. Opening hours are limited and change, so check hiv-testovani.cz before you go; we couldn't confirm the 2026 schedule. ČSAP's national helpline is 800 144 444. During Pride Month 2026 ČSAP and Rozkoš bez rizika also offered free STI testing at events in the city.
