Nice room with everything you need, hair dryer in bathroom if you are that way inclined. Breakfast 7 to 10 am. Really close, 2 minute walk, to Muzeum metro in the A line in Prague so easy access to the city.

I went on a package tour organized by a Korean travel agency called Modoo Tour and found two flies. I asked the front desk to resolve the issue, but they only gave me insect spray. It was an extremely disappointing experience. This hotel ruined the beautiful impression I got from Prague, Czech Republic. I don't understand why it is rated 4 stars. It is the worst hotel.

Here we parked for a fee, only 2 spaces outside and 4 with a lift in the inner courtyard, quite difficult to access if you have an SUV.

I went to Prague with my class for an educational trip, I really liked the rooms and it looked like they were cleaned often, even thought the carpet was dusty. The kitchen staff was really disappointing. One morning while we were having breakfast a member of the staff started shouting (and he never said it in a nicer way before starting to shout at us) that we needed to get out because they needed to clean up, and mind you it was 9:20 am (we were later told that we needed to leave at 9:30 am because we were a group of people), we weren't told that the timing was different for groups, as on the room's door there was written that we needed to leave at 10 am. The last morning of our stay, while we were having breakfast, another member of the staff started accusing us of stealing some of their food, shouted at us and started telling us that we needed to show him what was inside of our bags. After he was able to confirm that we didn't steal any food, he didn't even apologize even if what he did wasn't right.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful hotel in Prague 1, the room was comfortable and well-equipped, a ten-minute walk from the most iconic monuments of the old city,,,
