Sinuiksi ry (Pirkanmaan Seta)

Sinuiksi ry, the Pirkanmaa branch of Seta, says it's Finland's oldest rainbow organisation. It was founded in 1973 and works from Näsilinnankatu 48 E. For a visitor, it matters as the organiser of Manse Pride every June and of Leimarit, the party series it has run since 1988, which moves between city clubs. Its office also hosts peer groups, family cafés, seniors' coffees and Queer Space evenings, mostly in Finnish, though the association says newcomers can join to practise. Its helpline runs Tuesdays 16:00–17:00 on 044 300 2355. Check sinuiksi.fi for the calendar and the next Leimarit date.
