We were quite disappointed by the reception and the staff's attitude during our stay. Upon arrival, we went to reception to collect our keys. We passed an employee, said hello, but received no response, not even a glance. We then waited about five minutes at reception without anyone coming to assist us. As for the room, no complaints: it was decent, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also simple but adequate. However, throughout our stay, we encountered the same problem. Whenever we left or returned to the hotel, we consistently took the time to greet the staff ("hello," "good evening," "good night"), without receiving any response. We found the staff particularly unfriendly, with a rather cold attitude and closed-off expressions. It's a shame, because the hotel is very well located and the room amenities are adequate. But the reception and lack of courtesy from the staff really disappointed us and do not make us want to come back.
The hotel is very well located in Luz, away from the main road. The staff are welcoming and attentive.
A lovely little mountain hotel. The breakfast is excellent and very generous, the rooms are simple but very clean. We had a very pleasant stay.
