A minor drawback was the shower hose, which was loose. The night was very quiet, and the parking was secure. The dinner server was pleasant.

Great air-conditioned hotel. Very friendly staff. The tram stop 50 meters away allows you to get around without needing a car.

We stayed there for 2 days and everything went well except for the meal on the evening of our arrival; I found it expensive for what we ate, which was the only downside.

Ideal for an overnight stay. Only the rooms facing the street are very noisy.

I dropped to 4 stars for the room because for some reason the bathroom didn't have a door handle, so it just kind of slowly swung open. And the air con wasn't great, but it was really trying - and it was 37 degrees. I stayed at the ibis budget, and you get what you pay for. It's fine. Good pressure in the shower, decent size room, comfy bed - slept very well. No wardrobe or drawers, just a few hangers on a bar. Had a TV, window, desk. Nothing crazy, but for the price and a quick stay - absolutely fine. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful, 15 minutes from Montpellier old town by Tram. Easy to navigate here. Would recommend for budget travellers that want to get away, but probably would spend a little more for somewhere with a pool or better aircon if visiting in the heat again.

A cozy little weekend getaway! After my fantastic first experience with the Ibis Dream Team, I decided to come back for a relaxing weekend to enjoy a hot shower, the softness of the large duvet (and the extra one for a small bed), a spacious king-size bed for a well-deserved lie-in, and a large hazelnut coffee in the morning, savored in peace and quiet in the warm hotel lounge! I also had dinner at La Cave du 164 restaurant, and it was delicious! The Dream Team was there, true to form: welcoming, smiling, and attentive (they work like ants to make sure everything runs smoothly and the guests are satisfied). As always, I felt welcomed and at home! Like in a little Swiss chalet at the top of the mountain ^^)

Best Christmas Ever! What makes this place unique is the Dream Team, true to form, as always: welcoming, attentive, professional, and so incredibly kind! I felt right at home in this warm, family atmosphere. On Christmas Eve, despite the quiet, everyone brightened the evening: sharing, snacking, laughter, and my custom-made mulled wine... the true magic of the Christmas holidays was there! The next day, I enjoyed the beautiful tree while opening my presents, a little ritual accompanied by a special Christmas hot chocolate (hazelnut flavor with marshmallows)... Yummy! An unforgettable stay, like something out of a movie! Thank you for your kindness, your availability, and these precious moments that transform a hotel into a truly enchanting place! I had a wonderful weekend at the Ibis Montpellier Sud! The team was welcoming and attentive, as always!
