Le Tango (La Boite a Frissons)

Warning: TIME WRINKLE ❤️❤️❤️❤️ We were greeted by the manager, who was super friendly and fun, in full Pride mode. The cocktails were amazing, and the bartender was fantastic. The music started off a bit with a waltz and tango, but the evening quickly transformed into an old-school disco, a real meeting place. We'll definitely be back!

A no-nonsense establishment with a great atmosphere and good vibes. It's cheerful and welcoming.

This place claims to be inclusive, but it's actually very condescending, with a bouncer making extremely inappropriate remarks. I quote: "This place is for fags." Very arrogant and unpleasant… I strongly advise against going there; it's nothing like what it should be.

How can one claim to manage a historic venue and yet show so little respect for live performance and queer people? Ego crisis and whims on the part of the "director." The welcome and management were deplorable from start to finish. I no longer recommend this place, which used to be something else entirely. I do, however, want to commend the kindness of the people at the bar and in the control room; keep up the good work.

I won’t go back

I'd been a regular at this place for years, but last night was definitely the last time. Women are apparently no longer welcome; after being assaulted and insulted by a customer, the staff became extremely unpleasant despite my ordering two bottles of champagne (€190). The place is poorly maintained, dirty, and depressing, and the playlist is the SAME every time. The smoking area is gone, and everyone seems tense and frustrated about spending time there. We won't be coming back. If you want to have a good night out in Paris with a friendly clientele, avoid this place.

Best club in the Marais, always a great atmosphere. Just don't dance on the tables and be nice 😅

The place was very nice and festive, but one of the security guards was extremely unpleasant and threatening, with absolutely no professionalism. A shame!
