Poor quality ribeye steak, badly prepared... Very poor value for money.

The service was abysmal. We ordered two Diet Cokes and a scoop of ice cream. They brought us two glasses without ice, two cans of soda, and a scoop of ice cream in a half-melted cup that tasted like store-bought ice cream. The waiter was unfriendly and unhelpful. What more can I say… I do not recommend it.

Frankly, this restaurant was far too mediocre. The quality was lacking; the meat was full of fat and undercooked. The fries tasted like reheated frozen fries. The "local" wine was more like a box of supermarket red. The only thing that stood out to me was the stone sink in the restroom—quite nice and more elaborate than the food. That pretty much sums up the experience: a nice touch, but the rest didn't live up to it.

We didn't stay at the hotel but came for a drink, and we received a very warm and friendly welcome! A very pleasant establishment and excellent service!

We arrived at 2 PM for a coffee! We sat down. After 20 minutes, they asked us what we wanted. And then they told us to leave. At 2 PM, it's not like we're going to eat! That's called refusing to serve you! We won't be back.

My partner and I came for lunch on Tuesday the 12th. We booked our table as soon as we arrived in Saint-Guilhem and were greeted by a smiling and welcoming woman. When we were seated, we were warmly and cheerfully served by a waiter who was just as friendly as his colleague from that morning. We ordered the bull stew with potatoes, which was delicious—perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sauce was so good that we mopped up the leftovers with bread! The fromage blanc with honey, which might seem simple, was also very tasty, comforting, and the perfect way to end the meal on a light yet nostalgic note. In short, we had a wonderful time and we won't hesitate to return if we come back to Saint-Guilhem! Thank you so much!

Avoid at all costs!! We contacted them to make a reservation, and they confirmed no reservation was necessary except to arrive before 8 pm. We arrived and were told, "The restaurant is closed," so they kindly accepted us. However, the meal was disappointing. We were given barely two crepes and a €30 aperitif, and we were still hungry. If you want a good meal, go somewhere else.

Hello, I'm just giving my opinion on the restaurant. The "bull" dish was good, but was it really bull meat? The thin galette was good but sparsely filled. We were there in May, and it wasn't busy. However, cleanliness needs improvement: towels were left on the floor, and the restrooms are in serious need of renovation.

I highly recommend this restaurant; it's great and well-located. We were served very quickly, and the dishes were delicious and generous (bull stew and roasted Camembert). The desserts were just as good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming!

The restaurant was in excellent condition and very clean. The waiter was pleasant and efficient. The bull stew was excellent and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Poor value for money. Chocolate banana crepe at €9.10, with a whole banana crudely wrapped around the crepe. Very disappointed.
