Although we are very open to the idea of ​​a "zero-staff hotel" concept, we unfortunately experienced the downsides. On the first night, other guests partied wildly and loudly, and on the second night, other guests had a relationship crisis with a long shouting match between approximately 2:30 and 3:30 a.m. A duty manager would certainly have intervened during their rounds. We didn't want to be stuck on a service hotline in the middle of the night, because what could that person possibly do remotely? I think the guests would have behaved differently if they had known there were hotel staff on site... Very disappointing! Otherwise, check-in etc. went perfectly. Next time, however, we'd prefer a "normal" hotel again.

Hi BRIGHT team, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at BRIGHT in Bielefeld was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless and furnished in a modern style – we felt right at home! The beds were also fantastic. 🛋️✨ The digital services were especially convenient: everything from booking to access was quick and easy via smartphone. It was also very kind of them to let us check in 40 minutes early! ⏰🙏 In short: We'd love to come back! 😊
