Outdoor seating was a complete disaster.... Anyone coming here for a beer should bring plenty of time.... After 15 minutes, the waiter still wasn't ready to take our order. We were put off multiple times. This waiter actually managed to take ONE order and then disappear with that ONE order. After six or seven minutes, the waiter finally brought THAT ONE order to the table and was nowhere to be seen in the meantime..... Unbelievable 🤔 That was definitely our last visit....🥱
After a hike, we stopped at the country hotel for a cappuccino and cake. Our group received very friendly and attentive service.

Our Wedding May 2026 We celebrated our wedding on May 9, 2026, at the Waldcafé. We had a wonderful day at the Waldcafé and are completely satisfied. The prior arrangements with Mr. Weyler were excellent, and we felt well taken care of. All our questions were answered immediately. None of the menu suggestions quite suited us, so we asked if we could create our own barbecue menu. This was also easily arranged. And the food was truly delicious. The preparations at the venue and in the adjacent garden for the outdoor ceremony went smoothly. The staff was also very polite and attentive. It was a perfect day all around. Thank you so much for everything!
