Gerede e.V.

Gerede e.V. is Dresden's main LGBTQ+ community organisation, based on Prießnitzstraße in the Neustadt. Founded in 1995, it offers counselling, coming-out and youth groups, work with queer refugees, and education projects across Saxony. The association also runs the volunteer-staffed Infocafé Kontakt, a relaxed drop-in space for meeting people away from the bar scene.
