Small, rustic gay bar in the immediate vicinity of the Konstablerwache U-Bahn and S-Bahn station with very friendly service.

I think it's one of the places that best preserves the German gay scene. It's a classic Kneipe bar, and it's always packed because the atmosphere is excellent. I'm Colombian, and I haven't had any problems inside, unlike many Latin American places that are more homophobic. If you like those bars where they sing old songs, but in German, this is the perfect place, and the decor is always something else.

Can be extremely crowded and smokey, but a very vibrant clientele.

I was at this pub last night, and unfortunately, my visit was less than pleasant. 1. They don't accept card payments, which is inconvenient in itself. In addition, there were some issues with the bill—I ended up paying twice because the waiter had written it down incorrectly. 2. The service wasn't particularly polite and at times seemed stressed or impatient. 3. When it's crowded, it gets very cramped, leading to uncomfortable physical contact, which makes the experience quite unpleasant. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would appreciate more transparency, friendliness, and a more pleasant atmosphere in the future.

A wonderfully quaint and unique pub. They play exclusively German pop music, and the best part is the seasonal decorations.
