In my opinion, this hotel is better suited for a short overnight stay than for a relaxing break. The parking situation is a definite plus. The hotel offers its own parking facilities nearby, including an underground garage and a parking deck at a hotel across the street belonging to the same chain. You can use your room key to access and exit the parking area. However, parking is charged separately. If you plan to park on the street, be aware that it's mostly restricted to residents after 5 p.m. or limited to one hour with a parking disc. The hotel itself is modernly furnished, the rooms generally appear clean, and the mattress seemed quite new. However, the rooms are very small and rather cramped, as is the bathroom. There is no air conditioning. There was also a slightly musty smell in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear your neighbors talking normally, the television, and especially the guests in the courtyard. The noise from smoking guests in the courtyard was particularly bothersome. In my opinion, this is avoidable, as smoking could be prohibited there and moved to another area, for example, to the front where guests can sit outside anyway. For rooms facing the courtyard, it's very bothersome and not very restful. The sleep quality was also poor due to this and the pillows. The provided pillows were either very thick and uncomfortable or those special air pillows that are offered for sale. None of them were really comfortable for my taste. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi password isn't in the room; you have to ask for it separately at reception. This isn't a major problem, but it is a bit inconvenient. Contrary to other reviews, the elevator worked without any issues, which is important because the stairs to the upper floors are quite narrow. We also ate in the restaurant. The prices are average, the food was okay, but nothing special. You can eat there, but don't expect outstanding service. We found the wait time relatively long. The beer was good. It was somewhat disappointing that the complimentary drink, which is included with direct bookings through the website, wasn't properly accounted for. Initially, they tried to charge me for it. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the staff. They attempted to change rooms due to the noise, and they were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the problem ultimately remained unresolved. Overall, the hotel is perfectly acceptable for a single night if you don't have high expectations for peace and quiet. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation or a truly relaxing stay. The biggest issue is clearly the poor soundproofing and the resulting lack of rest at night.

We spent a short break here with four people. I don't know where to begin because everything was simply wonderful. The service in the restaurant was incredibly polite and quick, the rooms were spacious and clean, the parking was good, and the menu and selection were perfectly adequate. Now, about the beer: a young brewmaster who clearly knows his craft. The various beers taste great and are very drinkable. We even got a sample of a beer that wasn't currently available from the brewmaster himself, so we could try it too! Before we even left, we decided to return to this brewery in a few months (in the autumn).

Central location, good service, nice and generous breakfast, rooms can be a bit noisy if night owls are a little too active :) Overall, everything is very clean, tidy, and well-maintained; they really make an effort!

During a short break, I stayed at this hotel and took a quick stroll through the city center of Mühlhausen. I enjoyed my stay very much; although the accommodation was in a different building, it was very easy to reach. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was plentiful and very well-prepared. Everything tasted delicious.
