Awesome place, very good food, warmth and deep knowledge of catering, Ioannis is the "Foreign Zeus" of Megali Mantineia himself. Forget what you knew from Athens, here things flow at their own pace and that's why it's even better!
Fantastic atmosphere, music and style
Beautiful and well-maintained space. The review is for the restaurant. We shared 6 appetizers and 2 glasses of wine. There were no prices on the menu and the bill came to €114. When we asked for the detailed price of each dish, it was obvious that they were calculating them on the spot to justify the amount. The quality and quantity of the food did not match the price. Given that they are more than double the price of other restaurants in the area, the prices should be listed so that customers know what to expect. €114 for a meal was way out of our budget and it would have been better to know this before ordering, not when we asked for the bill and had no choice. After all, that is the legal way.
An amazing place in every way. The photos speak for themselves. Excellent decoration without fuss, with items that the owners collected with love on their travels. Stone, vinyl, cellar. Music that makes you want to stay longer. They sometimes have live music. Excellent wine connoisseurs. We tried 1-2 side dishes because we had eaten earlier. I have no opinion on the rooms
