Scammers. They demand tourist tax payments to an account in Lithuania and insist you send your ID cards via unsecured methods like WhatsApp. They're con artists. When you tell them that method isn't secure, they try to trick you by assuring you that you can show your ID there, and then immediately send you emails and WhatsApp messages saying the opposite. I've filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency. P.S.: I can provide proof of everything I've said, in case they try to respond. If they do, I'll update this review with the documentation.

I have no words for how well kept the property is, it's the third time in a row that I've booked and honestly I'm very happy both because it's close to the station but also because of the location because everything is close and you don't need transport to get around. I recommend it because the staff is very helpful, serious and friendly.

A horrifying experience. The apartment has only a small door (photo attached) that "looks" into the building; there's no ventilation or light. The interior is cold, damp, and smells, obviously, musty. Linens were not changed, and since the apartment is completely closed and perpetually damp, it's even difficult to dry the towels used daily. That night, I had to sleep with the air conditioning on to wake up feeling decent, even though I stayed in this property at the end of June. Keep your distance.

The room we were given had no outside view and smelled musty. It was missing a full-length mirror. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location is highly recommended.

It deserves a report! Instead of a room, they locked us alive in an alcove, with no view of the outside, no air, no sunlight. Horrible, humid, claustrophobic! How they obtained the permits to operate the accommodation like this—I just can't understand. Extremely dangerous from so many points of view. Definitely—it deserves a report!!! Shame!

Perfect location, quite comfortable room, very clean, they provide water, coffee capsules and toiletries.

Well located, clean, but very expensive compared to other places on the trip...next time I'd look for cheaper options.

We loved the stone room. Besides being cool, it's located right in the center of Bari Vecchia, just steps from the Fiore bakery and the port. The internet connection was excellent, as was the air conditioning and the bed, which was comfortable. The only downside was that they didn't provide any soap.
