I booked this hotel because of its famous rooftop terrace! A complete disappointment – ​​breakfast is served in dark, stuffy rooms on the first floor! The sunset is completely obscured by the neighboring high-rise! Another fail! €620 for nothing! Even with the lackluster service, you'd expect more for that price! The uninterested staff didn't know the drinks menu and didn't bother to ask! You just got whatever was available! The toiletries weren't replenished, and so on and so forth. Worst value for money ever.

This is our new home away from home in Catania! We e joyed put stay so much that we rescheduled our trip to come back and spebd our last night in Sicily here! why? I hear you ask. Mostly for the hospitality and friendly staff that make you feel so welcome! Second for the cleanliness and hygiene as each of the two rooms we stayed in were immaculate clean and freshly scented. Third the rooftop lounge not only was it special to sit and watch Mt Etna but also the chef was spectacular and all the dishes were freshly sourced. The hotels breakfast is worth addiding to your reservation and having frreh detox water at the reception area for guests every day was an added treat. We look forward to our next stay

The room is incredibly clean and beautiful, perhaps because it was recently renovated. I was especially touched by the kindness and thoughtfulness of Rita at the front desk. The location is great, and the rooftop view is fantastic! 🩷

The reception was very helpful, even providing directions over the phone. The cleanliness and comfort were excellent, as were the amenities, especially the sauna. I will definitely be back.

Great service from the staff, excellent food, highly recommended also for the very convenient location for those wanting to visit Catania.
