Bad experience hostal.. bedbugs and really dirty shower and beds..

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay — even if it’s just for one night. It has all the amenities you could need, including a fantastic common room, breakfast, and consistently clean, tidy facilities. The staff — Nuncia, Gabriella, and Syed — are truly exceptional. They are friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful. I was travelling solo and had an early morning flight, and they went above and beyond to support me — from helping book a taxi in the middle of the night to making sure I felt safe and wasn’t left alone to figure things out. A special thanks to Syed, without whom I may not have had a safe place to stay. Staying here was one of the best decisions I made.

I was in a 10 days Europe trip. And hostle of the sun made Napoli a memorable place!! Strongly suggest to pass by if you looking to feel home & meet new people! Thanks you

Rewriting my review ..stayed in October 25.. Just wanted to say out of all the hostels in Europe this was definitely most warm and caring...I arrived drenched from a downpour they literally treated me like a little princess drying me with a hairdryer and making me free a delicious pasta arbonara!! Free top quality expressos until evening. Plus my bed was so comfy. Where in the world! Owner always around and amazing animated plus blonde Italian lady. I feel so lucky to have been there. Big plus 3 minutes from boats airport bus and connection to Salerno and tiny sita bus to Costa Amalfitana. I look forward to returning.

Very good hostel!! we enjoyed our stay a lot, the location is very nice its close to both the city centre and the coast. the staff is soo nice and friendly, especially Berrin. she was extremely helpful telling us all the great places, recommended itineraries as well as the nicest bars/restaurants etc. they also serve breakfast for free which is pretty decent!! loved this hostel so much would stay again

Best hostel I've ever stayed in! The rooms are nice (it's still a hostel, but they do the job well), the staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the price per night is more than fair, and for the price, the breakfast is varied and good quality. The hostel is rather small, which makes it easy to meet people. The hostel accepts travelers with bicycles and offers indoor storage (provided your bike fits in the tiny elevator; no problem for a gravel bike, but probably more complicated with a hybrid bike with wide handlebars).

Almost everything about this place was great. From the moment I walked in until I left the staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. They even lent me a power bank so I could walk around and wouldn't have to wait around to charge my phone. The location is excellent very close to the bus stop from the airport as well as the old city center with metro, funiculars and buses nearby. If you arrive during certain hours (see picture) the elevator does require a 10 cent coin and reception is located on the 7th floor, but once you're there they have a bowl of coins for you to use during your stay. They even give free earplugs!! They've got an arcade machine with a lot of games as well as a foosball table, books in many different languages and a TV to watch movies if your feet need a rest from all the walking. The kitchen is very useable. Great common areas. My only negative would be the bed and pillow. The mattress was very soft and I could feel the springs also the pillow was very thin and I woke up with a sore back. Would definitely go back if I find out they get new mattresses and pillows. Other than that would highly recommend!

A really cool and friendly hostel. Breakfast buffet is included and very tasty. Each bed has a lockable drawer where a suitcase or backpack fits. Unfortunately, there are no curtains by the bed. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious, offering plenty of room.
