Tranquility and almost central location

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a varied breakfast buffet. It has private parking (€25 per day). A 15-minute walk from the Teatro Massimo. The entire center of Palermo is within walking distance.

We stayed in a very nice, clean, and comfortable superior double room. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. We used the airport transfer service and were very happy with it. The breakfast buffet is very generous, offering both sweet and savory options, and the waitress was very friendly. I love the wonderful aroma that greets you as soon as you enter the hotel. The location is perfect: just steps from the center, yet away from the traffic and noise, making it a great place to rest.

We just came back after a 7 night stay at this lovely hotel. The room was superb, very comfortable bed and sheets, a very relaxing room and lovely bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. When we came in we dealt with Angelo that was very helpful, giving us a map of Palermo and spending the time to show us how to get to the downtown area from the hotel. The only advice I would give is to stop or mind people using cell phones loudly in the breakfast room when the other guests are having breakfast in peace. Unfortunately we experienced a loud business meeting between a guest and 2 non guest colleagues that suddenly came to the breakfast room behaving like it was their office, they were so loud that we couldn't hear our voices!!!I had to ask them to be quiet as we were trying to have a peaceful breakfast, they didn't even apologize! So this is why I am sharing the only negative episode I experienced in this hotel, but it would be nice if this rude behavior could be avoided for the future maybe restricting the use of loud phone calls.Thank you. We all have rights,but we should behave respectfully.

Hello, we just spent a very pleasant week at your establishment. I would like to mention the professionalism of the staff (smiles, friendliness, politeness...). The establishment is beautifully decorated (the lounges, the breakfast room). The room was a decent size (although there was only one armchair, forcing the second person to sleep on the bed), the bathroom was rather small but very functional (great shower). My only regret was the lack of a Smart TV (Netflix, etc.); only France 24 (news channel) and TV5MONDE were available in French (making the evenings a bit monotonous). The breakfasts were excellent, with both savory and sweet options made with quality products, and the buffet was regularly replenished. Coffee was available upon request. The neighborhood is pleasant, a 30-minute walk north of the old town, with many bars and restaurants nearby. Thank you.

Business trip, everything went well, excellent service and a delicious breakfast. Private indoor parking is available upon availability! The only drawback is the difficulty finding outdoor parking.
