The coolest bar in Perugia. The bar staff are incredibly knowledgeable on their drinks with such an array of spirits to choose from too. It has such a community feel - with writing and drawings on the wall, and Polaroids of people on the walls. If you’re a gin lover especially, this is a must. I’ve never seen majority of the brands and flavours that they had, it was brilliant.
Dempsey's is an institution in the heart of Perugia, directly overlooking Piazza Danti, opposite the Duomo. Despite its small size, the atmosphere is welcoming and international. The beers and drinks are excellent. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
