We came from Türkiye with my husband and had an amazing stay at Ruby Hotel. Everything was spotless, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious and the decoration/interior design was beautiful and stylish. Highly recommended!
We didn't stay in the room shown in the photos; there wasn't such a room. It was very small, but clean. The air conditioning didn't work on the cold setting, and bugs came in when we opened the window. The staff were helpful. I think it's a bit far from the center because of the hill; we took Uber to all the places we wanted to visit. We couldn't fit two people in the room, so we only used it for sleeping, but it was a very clean hotel.
Room too small. Poor-quality mattress.
Nice, modern, and beautiful hotel. Within easy walking distance of the city center. Tasty breakfast and the staff is super welcoming and helpful.
Everything was great. The rooms were spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful. There's a restaurant, we didn't eat there but it was quite large. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
The room was very well-maintained and tidy, the people in the house were very friendly and helpful in every way they could be. The location is fantastic; everything is within a 3-minute walk. The service was top-notch; if I could, I'd give it 6 stars.
