CEL Kosova

CEL Kosova (Qendra për Barazi dhe Liri — Center for Equality and Liberty) is one of Kosovo's leading LGBT+ rights organisations, founded in 2013 in Prishtina. It works on anti-discrimination, legal reform, public awareness and community strengthening, and coordinates a large community network of roughly 1,800 members. CEL is one of the main co-organisers of Prishtina Pride. For safety reasons the organisation does not publish a public street address; contact and community activities are arranged through its channels rather than a walk-in office.
