The hotel absolutely does not deserve 4 stars, 3 is a stretch, the service is terrible, the air conditioning in the rooms does not work, when we asked for a solution to the problem - we were given a fan😂, during our 4-day stay the room was not cleaned, the place where breakfast was served was very dirty, the floor was sticky all over, so much so that flip-flops got stuck, the breakfast staff was grumpy and avoided any contact, it felt like they were working there as a punishment, in general I do not recommend, and in fact do not recommend staying at this hotel

Stayed for short vacation 4 days. Service is terrible. They don't clean rooms if you dont ask. And all facilities are very dirty. Breakfast is poor. Location and view from room is very good. I stayed at Radisson in different cities around the globe, and never met such bad service.

It isnt a 4 star hotel. It is more like a 3 star with basic amenities and outdated features. Hotel is old and dated. It gives a very old fashioned vibe which in 2026 isnt welcoming at all. The shower is within an old bathtub while the water is weak and sparse. Horrible shower experience. They are still using shower curtains! 😳 It's like travelling back in time to 30 years ago. There isnt a mirror in the room but only in the bathroom. It is a non-woman friendly hotel. There are no bedroom slippers for the guests to use on the carpeted floor and on the cold tiles

The house is quite old. We have mold in the bathroom, and the sink drain isn't working. We couldn't get back into our room because the lock wasn't working. According to reception, the room is only cleaned every three days, so we don't get fresh towels either. In a four-star hotel at this price point, I expect more.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the receptionists named Udis. I regularly deliver orders to this hotel, and this was the first time I experienced this kind of situation. When I entered, he was busy with something else, so I simply smiled and walked in. I did not say hello, but there was no bad intention from my side. He spoke to me in a rude tone and told me that I should learn good manners, and if I want to stay in Latvia, I should learn how to behave here. I felt this was unnecessary and disrespectful. I understand people may have stressful shifts, but the tone and way of speaking really matter, especially in a professional hotel environment. I hope the management will look into this and remind staff to communicate respectfully with everyone, including delivery partners.

We're shocked by the hotel. It feels like a two-star hotel. The room isn't what we'd hoped for, the door barely opens, and the furniture and wallpaper look like they're 15 years old. We were expecting Radisson service, but what we got was a complete mess.
