Excellent service and location

We have checked in for a night before our flight. So we have decided to have dinner at the hotel. Well, the food is so so… My wife has ordered fried salmon with mashed potato’s… & tar tar … So, the waiter brings the fish… my wife tried it and it was nasty… The fish was overcooked and had a bitter taste to it… We called the waiter and said that the fish is very bad… The waiter made a funny face and the Chef of that restaurant said that there is nothing wrong with it. They have refused to take the fish out from the bill even though it wasn’t touched. We strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant if you don’t want to spoil your dinner…

Antique design that I am less familiar with. There was a problem with the water on the street that was not related to the hotel, but I would have expected them to inform the guests in advance because it was known in advance so that they would not wake up in the morning and find that there was no water in the shower. After a few hours, they realized that they needed to compensate the guests and that I would not have planned to go to another hotel to use the bathroom. They compensated me with a bottle of wine and refunded the upgrade that I was charged. I did not like the idea that out of the 3 days I was at the hotel, they allowed me to use the spa for half an hour, which is really irrelevant. Next time I will probably prefer a more modern hotel.

Advantages: Well-designed, clean hotel, excellent location, restaurant staff try very hard. William from the reception is an amazing guy. Disadvantages: Paid spa for hotel guests, no buffet in the restaurant, not everything is included in the menu, meaning you have to pay for a glass of freshly squeezed juice in the morning, an avocado and basic breakfast extras at a five-star hotel. The reception manager's answers were bureaucratic answers that don't see the customer's needs, which is a shame. You have a lot to learn from the Berd's Hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was at the level of 5-star luxury, and the attention to detail impressed us from the first moment. A gesture that won us over was the fact that they took into account our celebration — these small details make the difference and show how much they care about their guests. The SPA is excellent, perfect for total relaxation, with high-quality services and a refined atmosphere. And the breakfast… simply mega perfect! Served on the top floor, with a superb view of the city, it was a real pleasure. The impeccable service perfectly completed this experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a special getaway or an important occasion. We will definitely be back!
