The room itself was okay, but it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.

A bit dated, but perfectly adequate.

I really do not recommend this hotel! I have scoliosis myself and stayed for just one night; I woke up with severe back pain because these beds are very uncomfortable!

I come to check in 21.23 Nobody here no reception I have to check in with the machine But my password pin on Gmail that hotel send to me not working I can't get the key. And bummer hotel no what app And my telephone can't call Very bad I waiting 1hour abd i see another client Try to check in also not working also Luckily they telephone can call So and hotel said they will open the door but no the key that mean cant leave the room so better if you wanna go outside better looking for new hotel

I do stay a lot in hotels around the world and I saw a lot of hotels and I can say that rooms need to be refreshed a bit but in general is cozy but especially I want to say a huge thank you for your receptionist Sogol this women is brilliant and very polite! I am really impressed of her costumer service! Thank you so much will definitely recommend this hotel in the future ✨🫶🙏🌎

Super lovely staff, got welcomed like a true guest to their hotel and they gave me a discount with no hesitation, this is just magnificent..!? Can my evening get any better? Thank You very much! 5 star no doubt will be coming again.

If you ask for a smoking room, the girl at the reception says. a that you can smoke in the room because other customers smoke in the room, then after 2-3 hours he comes with the redheaded Manager and enters the room on you, and the Manager asks for extra cash to overlook it. Embarrassing and disgusting, beds full of dirt, a place full of infection and disgusting.

A very disappointing stay, absolutely not worth the price. The room was visibly dirty and the beds were very uncomfortable. There was also a strong cigarette odor, which is completely unacceptable in a non-smoking property. The photos suggest a spa, but in reality, it doesn't exist. This is misleading information. It was also stated that a bathtub is available, but upon arrival, it turned out that it had to be rented separately. This wasn't clearly communicated anywhere beforehand. Furthermore, the hairdryer didn't work, which is particularly annoying in cold and rainy weather. After showering, I couldn't even dry my hair. Due to the cumulative problems, I decided to leave a day early. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I do not recommend this property.

The girl on reception was very friendly that was the only thing good. We went up to the room it was very dark and dingy and very smelly mold. Couldn't stay there so we got another hotel in the city centre would not recommend this hotel if you can call it a hotel more like a doss house.
