Wow, I truly felt like a princess in the Rose room (the only thing that could have made it even more perfect was a pink Dyson hairdryer and not just the pink protective film, then everything would have really been in theme). Extremely friendly and helpful staff!

A charming hotel in the heart of the city with friendly staff. Very clean, modern, and spacious rooms. Each room is unique. Industrial style, yet very welcoming. Excellent all-you-can-eat breakfast included in the price, served at your table. Parking is available next to the hotel. Located on a quiet, well-maintained side street. We recommend this hotel for a short stay in Maastricht.

Breakfast is served without asking what you want or in what order. Small portions. Difficult to maintain at this level. Design isn't everything.

Beautiful and centrally located hotel with incredibly friendly and comprehensive service. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because we could hear our neighbors in the room next door very clearly and because the breakfast wasn't very extensive. It was a tasty breakfast, but because it was exactly the same twice, it wasn't that surprising and felt a bit less like a treat. A little extra, like a small slice of pie, a tasty little roll, some fruit, or a different topping, makes it a bit more varied each day. The room was also beautifully styled, the bed was wonderful, the shower was fantastic, and the staff was super friendly and attentive! It's also great that you can park and charge your car on-site (for a fee).

Unfortunately, I have to write this review because the accommodations refuse to cooperate in relocating our booked rooms for us and our dear friends. We are not asking for a refund, only a relocation as we are powerless to do so. We are still stuck in Dubai, and because the airspace is closed, we cannot return home today as planned. Since the hotel has the rooms available and we cannot be there ourselves, I would like to offer our rooms free of charge to four people (two rooms) who could really use this kindness. Preferably people who could really use it socially. 🙏

A highly recommended, centrally located boutique hotel with lovingly designed rooms. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome and beautiful room to the excellent, attentive, and welcoming service. Thank you for the wonderful stay; we would love to return!

Lovely hotel right in the center of Maastricht. Paid parking. We had the Arthur room, which was great. One minor drawback was the incredibly hard and thick pillows, which made for a less restful night's sleep. The welcome was warm, with a nice cup of coffee, a chocolate, and some information about the hotel. Breakfast was arranged in the room because it was my husband's birthday that morning. This was fantastic, with even candles on his croissants and the singing staff.

Everything perfect. Beautiful hotel. Quiet yet in the center. Lovely bed and one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in quite a few.
