No air conditioning in the halls and bar. Even during events, there is no air conditioning. Poor service at the bar (English-speaking man suddenly left after ordering. Turned out he had gone to get stock; zero communication.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt absolutely unwelcome. My friend had made the reservation in his name but could not be present on the day of check-in. Instead of being helpful or explaining possible solutions, the receptionist was completely unhelpful. No effort was made to provide information or suggest an alternative. I had to figure everything out myself, whereas I actually expected the staff to help. This negative first impression ruined my entire stay. Throughout my stay, I constantly felt unwanted and wanted to leave as soon as possible. Hospitality was nowhere to be found here. Additionally, the swimming pool was unpleasantly cold, making it barely usable. The breakfast was an even bigger disappointment: extremely expensive, very basic, and absolutely not worth the price. For what was offered, the price was downright ridiculous. For a hotel that claims to offer service, the staff falls seriously short. A lack of customer friendliness, no willingness whatsoever to help, and facilities that do not meet expectations. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Service was perfect, a good welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. They even wanted to arrange a pizza for us in the room at 11 pm. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast in the room. But that is also partly my own fault. You had to tick off what you wanted in advance. They did eventually hand it over, but it lacked imagination. I wanted a bowl of fruit but got a banana. I also missed a cucumber or tomato. Or a little ketchup with my egg :) So just that little extra something. But anyway, once again, that was my own fault! If I had called, they probably would have just brought it. The hotel itself wasn't a very warm and cozy hotel. Rather a bit businesslike. But fine, we were only staying overnight for an activity outside the hotel. The terrace at the hotel is terribly uninviting, by the way. I think it was still under maintenance.

I feel thoroughly ripped off here. By both the hotel and hotelgiftcard.com. A hotel costing 200 euros per night turned out to be without breakfast. That cost us another 40 euros for a worthless breakfast that we also had to wait a long time for because there was no room. The outside of the hotel is heavily outdated and inside there is a terrible smell. We are definitely not coming back here. And on top of that, we had to pay a deposit of 50 euros. No, you won't see us again.

If you like golf, it's priced well. If not, why are you here? To sit on the balcony getting high watching people play golf? Weird, man.

Beautiful place. Swimming pool, gym, 4 star is only that the fridge and aircon did not work, but they just move us to another room. Opposite hotel is a forest, I loved it, cycling/running/walking. Very nice. I will most definitely go again!!

Super nice hotel with even nicer staff, staff spoke perfect English and always seemed happy to help. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the food, it's not bad food. But it's slightly underwhelming given the rest of the hotel, as an example I got chicken wings for dinner (where it said it included Barbeque sauce" where once I got the food, the sauce was all over the chicken wings — it could be because it'd their way, but would've been nice to know it wasn't on the side :)

Clean, comfy, friendly staffs and the pool water was nice n warm😊
