Ola provided excellent service at the bar and was happy to answer any questions or queries me and my friends had
The best hostel in Krakow. The bar is open 24/7. Good conditions and clean. Ola and Milena at the reception were very helpful. Danusia is also a very nice person <3

Georgia was an amazing rep. She knew everything I wanted to know and was unbelievably hospitable. The venue was clean, but can be loud at times but Georgia literally brought the vibe and could answer any question I had - with great recommendations . Highly recommend
Really good hostel amazing location but what sold it for me was the the staff member Georgia and lidki made it the best experience for a hostel in krakow highly recommend staying 👍
This is the best hostel I've ever been to!! The staff is so lovely, there's so many events happening at all times, and someone always brings you free drinks somehow, even though it's such an affordable spot. The space has such a cool vibe, it's right in the centre of Krakow and there's a nightclub right beside it that's free to enter for Havana guests. I come back a few times in a year and I'm never disappointed. Thank you to all the staff for creating such a fun welcoming community, and a special thank you to Bryanh, who is the heart and soul of this hostel! 🧡
