Hotel Focus Szczecin

Cozy rooms. I had a premium room. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Coffee and a wide selection of drinks. The kitchen staff makes sandwiches for the road. Parking is available at the hotel or in the municipal parking lot. Two elevators in the hotel. Unlimited water in the hallway. A nice starting point for walks around the city. I've used the hotel several times.

Not bad, comfortable room, great breakfast, good service , if you like walking town, old town etc are a few kms away. No air con but a fan was in the room.

The room wasn't aired out, and there was no air conditioning. The street noise was so loud that opening the window made it hard to sleep, and with children, it was sheer torture. The light bulbs were burned out. The TV was old. It was a complete disaster for families. If the price were lower, students would be the only ones satisfied (...maybe...)

The room was quite small, and the window couldn't be opened even a crack. The bathroom ventilation didn't work. I could see the roof from the window. I paid for my stay in advance in euros and expected to be informed of the exchange rate upon check-in, but that never happened. The only positive aspect was the breakfast. For that price, you expect something different. Never again.
