The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring Luz. I truly enjoyed every detail, and I’ll definitely come back on my next visit. During our hike on selected sections of the Rota Vicentina, we stayed here for four nights in a double room in mid-October. We were thrilled with this accommodation. The owners/operators (Jonas & Thomas) have truly created a haven of well-being for their guests. ...] What we particularly enjoyed: - the owners, who were always very attentive to their guests' needs and took the time for in-depth conversations and to provide information - their willingness to accommodate an earlier check-in time - the breakfast buffet was a real treat (appealing presentation, selection and quality of the food, and the ambiance) - the numerous discreet seating options in shade, partial shade, or sun in various locations in the garden, by the pool, or on the roof terrace - the garden with its pond (featuring goldfish and an impressive frog population) resembles a botanical garden - the tastefully and individually furnished rooms with bathrooms that leave nothing to be desired - the secure private parking The entire property demonstrates that the owners are true aesthetes.

Thomas and Jonas have created a truly unique oasis of well-being here. Everything is meticulously designed, offering pure relaxation, from the pool to the small pond with frogs and fish, palm trees, and a rooftop terrace to enjoy. Breakfast is a 10/10. Wonderful hosts who are always ready to fulfill your every wish. Simply fantastic! 👏👏👏👏👏

Palm View Guesthouse in Luz is a beautiful villa with five individually decorated rooms. The tasteful decor clearly shows that a holiday paradise has been created here with great attention to detail. The guesthouse boasts many lovely, cozy spots where you can truly unwind. There's a small pond, a pool, a bar, and much more. And last but not least, Jonas and Thomas, who anticipate their guests' every need and make their stay incredibly pleasant. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruit, cheese, cold cuts, buffalo mozzarella, and cakes. Omelets, fried eggs, and other items are also available upon request. If you need recommendations for places to go out, restaurants, or shops, they are always happy to help. We highly recommend this beautiful guesthouse to anyone seeking peace and quiet or as a great base for exploring the Algarve.

My stay at Palm View Guesthouse was a 10 out of 10. The space is beautifully designed with so much care in every detail, from the décor to the comfort of the facilities. Breakfast was a highlight each morning with fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden, homemade jams, and a lovely presentation that made it feel really special. Thomas and Jonas are incredible hosts. They were warm, communicative, and full of thoughtful tips on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. Their kindness and attention made me feel right at home. Palm View Guesthouse is a true home away from home. It is peaceful and welcoming.

We spent 7 days at Palmview Guesthouse during our trip to Portugal and were absolutely thrilled. The pool was fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, individually decorated, and tastefully arranged, everything was always spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was superb every day. Jonas and Thomas are incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts. It's clear they've put a lot of love and attention into their guesthouse; they always radiate joy. Best hotel experience ever! The owners, Thomas and Jonas, are the best hosts and the hotel pool and rooms are just perfect. Breakfast was served by the pool/bar area and included coffee, fresh orange juice, fruit and homemade cake.

Our stay at Palm View Guesthouse in August 2025 was simply unforgettable! The three of us stayed in the stylishly furnished "Queen and Green" room – a truly comfortable space, designed with great attention to detail. Everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay was there. A very special thank you goes to our hosts, Thomas and Jonas. From the very beginning, they were incredibly welcoming, always available, and always had valuable tips for excursions, restaurants, and special places in the area. Their open and genuine manner made it easy to feel instantly at home. Conversations with them were inspiring and personal – true hosts with heart! Breakfast was a daily highlight: prepared with so much love, varied, fresh, and beautifully presented. You could tell that they work with passion and a genuine sense of hospitality. The atmosphere at the guesthouse was very harmonious, relaxed, and welcoming – exactly what you want for a relaxing summer vacation. The outdoor area and surroundings were also inviting and perfect for relaxing. In conclusion: Thomas and Jonas have created a little haven of well-being with the Palm View Guesthouse, a place where you simply love to be. We will definitely be back – and wholeheartedly recommend this special place!

Beautiful house, Thomas and Jonas are great hosts, and the breakfast is fantastic. There's a lovely beach nearby, and Lagos is just a 10-minute drive away. I highly recommend it.

The best accommodation we've ever had :) We loved it so much that we ended up spending our entire vacation there instead of the planned four nights. The two owners are incredibly kind hosts who gave us fantastic tips for excursions and restaurants. The entire place is beautifully furnished with great style and attention to detail. You immediately feel at home in the relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are lovely and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We were able to truly relax. A special highlight was the delicious and lovingly prepared breakfast with tomatoes from their own garden, and the small self-service bar with absolutely fair prices and everything you could wish for. We'll definitely be back!
