Yesterday my friends and I went for drinks. We'd been to this bar before and really liked it, but yesterday the person who served us didn't know how to make the cocktails on the menu. She kept asking us what ingredients were in the cocktails on the menu… You're supposed to know what's in the cocktails on the menu at the bar where you work… She was constantly complaining about being too busy, and we didn't feel well taken care of. We hope the situation improves…

Horrible experience. The place leaves much to be desired. The waitress's service was extremely unprofessional: she forgot orders, sometimes overcharged or undercharged, and responded with disapproving gestures when asked for a song. Furthermore, during my visit, she used offensive and insulting language with some customers, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere for those of us who were enjoying ourselves in a friendly and fun way. In my case, she ended up accusing me, without any reason, of laughing at her and told me I would never be allowed back in the establishment. After witnessing this, my group and I decided to leave, leaving behind the Belive wristbands she had given us to earn a commission if we visited. An experience I certainly won't repeat at this place as long as this undesirable person is there.

The girl serving us only wanted to make the cocktails she wanted, claiming it would take too long to make others. She was quite rude and unfriendly. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be serving customers. Besides, she didn't have any other customers. It was probably because she was very drunk.

Jenny's service was terrible. We went on a day with a 2-for-1 special, and instead of charging for one drink and serving two, she served us four and charged us for two. When we explained that we only wanted one drink each (the 2-for-1 offer advertised on the sign), she said that if we didn't order a second round, we could come back any other day with the ticket and order the other two drinks. We returned two days later with the ticket, and she said it was only valid on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, even though she never specified that. In short, terrible service; she overcharged us, and then we couldn't even get the other drink we had already paid for.

I’ve never been there, but reading reviews from upset men because they weren’t let in is honestly a pretty good reason to go 😅 Lesbian spaces are incredibly rare, let’s keep it as spaces for lesbians
